Well Hello! Exciting news today!

I would like to invite you to a special post over at Winnie and Walter's today where they have spotlighted little ole' me :D I am very honored that they chose to shine a spotlight on me.So I will ask you to kindly Pop over to their blog to see my newest projects featuring their fabulous stamps! direct jump to post CLICK HERE Now for those of you who have come from Winnie and Walter's blog to visit me on my blog...WELCOME!! I am sharing with you today how I work with the Big and the Bold series of stamps today, and how they help me to make one of a kind sentiments. I have created this list early on and I keep it updated so I will share it here today (darn handy for me also!) and I will update it as soon as W&W share the new sets with us. I go in order that the Big Bold sets were released so when you look at the list the little numbers co-ordinate with the sets that they have come from and so that is why you will often find more than one of the same word, in a row, (which is VERY handy if you ask me...I love the multiples) If the word has big behind you it indicates the bigger words of course. I constantly use this list to see if I can create exactly what I am trying to say, and if not what words I do have that can help me in creating the words I need. I hope that you too will find this list useful :D I would like to add that I am human, and therefore I am known to make mistakes, please forgive me in advance if I have made any. ETA I am sorry, for some reason blogger wanted to save space and print my list how it wanted to and did not put any of my spaces or returns in, SO....I hope this will work better I have put a JPEG of the list here, Please click on the page of the list to see the close up and please feel free to right click and save image of the list to your computer if you wish to print off a copy for your own use.

Online Card Class Clean and simple Class

Wow that's a mouthful! The first day of the newest Online Card Class Clean and Simple class and we're off to a great start which is TOTALLY not surprising if you have ever taken one of their fab classes. Today we are working with embossing and here's mine. I used Wow pink sorbet embossing glitter, Ranger's Chinese red and Ranger snowflake (which didn't show very well because of the open pattern and the white on white but that's why it's called a class because you're going to learn

Winnie and Walter's Big Birthday Bash! My fourth card!

I am having a great time playing along with the challenges over at Winnie and Walter's Big Birthday Bash For today's card I am doing the Shaker Challenge with Julie I started by stamping my background with Tim Holtz's "cracks" stamp in versamark and adding Inference Perfect Pearls over it for a pretty shimmer. (Which of course is much more shimmery and pretty IRL) Then I went into my Silhouette and fiddled with the flower cut files from The big,the Bold and the Extras, taking the two flowers and manipulated one of them with the knife tool. I cut that from a dark pink cardstock, did an offset at 0% and cut that out of my card front and then I took the cut files. From The Big, the Bold, and the Happy cut files and sized that to the front of the card and changed the advanced cut settings so it would cut everything all in one shot. Then I added the pieces to the card front, stamped the birthday (also from The Big, the Bold and the Happy -stamp set this time). I added an acetate sheet to the back, added foam tape and then filled it with sequins and stuck the card to it,lining up the top, and left side. Here are the results of my playing about
and that is my card for the Walter Winnie and Walter birthday bash I hope that you get to play along as well.

Winnie and Walter Birthday Bash Mood board challenge with Lea

I'm back with another card for Winnie and Walter's Birthday bash. This one is for the Mood Board Challenge with Lea, The colors totally spoke to me. I inked up the Doily in Antique Linen distress to give it the feel of the lace on the board. The card itself is inked in seedless preserves. The word Congrats is from the Big,the Bold and You stamp set and embossed in a gold tinsel, to mimic the glitz in the fingernails, the stars are from the Scenery:Big Bang Confetti stamp set and is embossed in Rangers gold embossing powder to mimic the smoothness in the star confetti.
I hope you get a chance to pop in and celebrate with Winnie and Walter.

Winnie and Walter and their big birthday bash!

Have you popped over to Winnie and Walter's Birthday party?http://www.blog.winniewalter.com/2014/12/w-1st-birthday-bash-details.html
I am happy to be playing along with the Distress inks and patterns challengewith Mayuri

I had so much fun putting this card together. I created the pattern  papers on the front and inside middle with the small Instagram style camera from The write stuff:Picture Perfect stamp set. I also created the patterned paper with the flash and the stars stamps used to paper piece the camera together in the same stamp set.
Winnie and Walter made creating the pattern panels for the inside of the card a snap with their Scenery: Big Bang Confetti stamp set. I used the wonderful colors of picked Raspberry,Spiced Marmalade,Mustard Seed, Crushed Olive and tumbled Glass Distress inks to mimic Winnie and Walters Logo colors ...whee it was fun too!
The sentiments, both inside and out were created with Winnie and Walter's Bubble talk stamp set.
I created a gate fold shutter card as it was perfect way to highlight the focal image of the camera.
I wish Shay and Julie and Winnie and Walter a VERY Happy Birthday.
I made a quick video on opening this card and hope to put it on my Instagram (if I can figure the technology of it out lol! Till then I hope you get a chance to get inky

I think I got it!! I can't seem to post it on the blog as a picture but here's a link to my instagram until I figure it out
