Happy Wednesday everyone!

Today I created a card for Lawnscaping Challenges #131 off kilter.
I had a super fun time making it and got to use Lawn Fawn's new Flamingo Together stamps and dies as well as trying out my new Zig clean Color real brush markers! So it was lots of fun and firsts for me today. Without further ado.... This is the outside of the card...in my world anything that isn't perfectly symmetrical is a little off kilter LOL and my little trees definitely aren't straight :D so here it is!
And the inside...when I decide what all to say inside I may just add a couple more embellishments.
Hope you are having a crafty Little day! Thanks for stopping by!

Distress inks...in the beginning

I just had to include a distress entry for class of distress-how we originally did it. Before Tim taught wrinkle free distress he taught a definite wrinkle distress ... I just had to include it...yeah...I'm kick in' it old school.

Creative Chemistry 101 with Tim Holtz over at online card classes...refresher

I say refresher since I had taken this but when it was opened again as a refresher and opened the forums and gallery to anyone who had not taken it (in preparation for the brand newCreative Chemistry 103 coming in August) well I just had to play along! This weeks homework was to play with distress ... I'm in!
So my tag uses some of the newer colours as well as vintage photo because... Well it's vintage photo!
Colours used were- squeezed lemonade, peacock feathers, twisted citron, abandoned coral, and cracked pistachio...and then edged in vintage photo and the lovely ground Expesso to top it all off.The Stamps are of course Tim's Crazy Birds stamps! This will read Celebrate- you Dad! but I didn't want to spoil any surprises. I hope to see you in class!

One of two pocket letters

I have just finished the first of the two(front and back. I also completed the second...the are similar but not exact, I haven't filled the back of the second with goodies yet but I will show it when I have.
So here is the front of the first one

And the back....

And here is the second (since it's not done I thought I would take the photo outside the protector to give you a better look.
The middle card in each pocket card houses a flip up card for the letter which traditionally accompanies the pocket letter.
Thanks for popping in for a peek!

I hope you enjoyed having a peek at my first pocket letters.

Totally fun,

This is a card with a technique that Kelly Maria Alverez taught over at Online card classes. Yes, I have made these before but that didn't make it any less fun this time!

Loving Online card Class's Sheer and Clear class. If you aren't signed up for this class you should!
I am going to enter this in the Lawnscaping challenge- calling all critters

Yay a new Online Card Class Clear and Sheer

I joined into the new Online card class a little late but that is the fantastic thing about self-passed classes!  As long as I was having fun with Ellen Hutson's Mondo Hydrangea I thought this technique taught by Dawn Woleslagle would be perfect for it! So her it is...I turned it into a easel card illiminary
Here it is closed .
And now stood up...
I could' find a working battery operated tea light so the light is much brighter than it will be but you get the idea😀
Thanks for popping by!
