Celebrate!!

I did up this card for a Dear friend of mine, I am entering it in the Simon Says stamp anything goes challenge as well! (thought it was appropriate since it is also Simon Says Stamps BD! HAPPY BIRTHDAY SSS!!) I am having a ton of fun with the birthday blue print stamps, coloring them so and slowly I will be rolling out the projects (I have to play and experiment with my toys and what I can do with them before I just go making things LOL!) For this card I used watercolor paper and popped up the present in three layers did some masking so the party hat was behind the present and then I added some sequins for some added glitz! So here's my card.
